2021 Oracle Global Strategy All Hands

After 18 months of working from home and over 2 years since the last global all hands event, Oracle’s executives called this long-anticipated all hands meeting and tasked my team with creating the theme and identity. My creative strategy was to create an event that inspire, excite, and make people feel like they are working for the right company. I also wanted to signal a sense of optimism, innovation, and perseverance.

We introduced the theme to the company in this video, which was sent in the first invitation and repeatedly shared on internal channels.

 
 

Unstoppable

With the creative idea—a literal red thread—connecting everything and driving the audience’s attention, we applied the concept to everything from the invitation to pre- and post-event landing pages, slack cards, lower thirds on the videos, and on-stage graphics.
